Breakfast was fantastic, with loads to choose from, and the beach or high street is only a five minute walk away. It was good value, spotless throughout and had everything we needed, plus more. The owners were friendly and welcoming, and the home felt comfortable and homely while still modern. My partner and I loved our night here and will definitely come back. Would recommend.

We’ve just booked our fifth stay for 2021, after this being our fourth visit since 2016. It’s calm and peaceful, and the breakfasts are fabulous. One example was smoked salmon and scrambled egg, with plenty of egg arranged in a cone on a muffin and salmon wrapped around it like a wigwam. Brilliant stay!

Frinton has a quiet, relaxing charm, and this place is in a great location with a nice room. Breakfast is epic if you want it. The mattress in the yellow room was too firm for me, though you might prefer a very firm one, and the mattresses in other rooms may be different.

The hosts were friendly and the room was spotless, with a nicely presented double and everything u needed. The cooked breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely come back.

Fay & Steve run a top notch B&B. The rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with free wi fi. They’re friendly and accommodating hosts. Can’t recommend highly enough.
