Emma and Rob made us feel very welcome, and breakfast in the room was lovely. We had a fantastic view, with plenty of milk and water in the fridge. Our room wasn’t en-suite, but the bathroom opposite was for our sole use, so it really didn’t matter. There were bathrobes, slippers, lots of towels, toiletries, and even sanitary products. Truly a 5 Star B&B.

Emma was very welcoming, showed us to our room, and explained everything. Room 1 had two beds and its own attached bathroom, which was clean and well stocked with bath amenities. The window looked out over a loch. Breakfast was delicious and arrived right on time. Parking was free and about 15 metres away. Restaurants and a grocery store were an easy walk, and when we got takeaway for dinner, Emma kindly brought us plates and utensils. Very thoughtful.

We loved having breakfast delivered to the room, especially with the view over the water. We even spotted a seal once. My wife and I stayed in the twin room because it had an en-suite, with a lovely walk-in shower. The room felt bright and spacious, and was nicely decorated. Breakfast was beautifully put together and presented. A fantastic stay with Emma.

The Old School House was a real highlight of our trip through the north of Scotland. The hosts, comfort, facilities, everything was at a very high level. We would have gladly stayed several more days if we hadn’t already made plans. Highly recommended. Thank you, Emma.

Breakfast was made to order with high-quality ingredients, and it was gorgeous. Our Room 2 was spacious and had a private bathroom across the corridor, with a huge shower and lots of nice toiletries. From the room’s bay view we even saw dolphins. The B&B is immaculate, modern, beautifully presented, and still feels homely. It was well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, TV, and some lovely personal touches. Emma and Rob made our stay brilliant. Free parking nearby, with shops, cafes, and restaurants close by. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights and hope to return soon.
