Hilton Glasgow

We used most of the facilities during our stay from the 15th of may until the 18th of may. The fitness centre staff were amazing, the pool and sauna were lovely, and the gym was fantastic, much better than the pictures make it look. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. Room service was an experience too, the food was incredible and came on a tray with plates and covers. The room had a safe, fridge and kettle, plus tea, coffee and milk sachets. The bathroom came with towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion. Just be aware that the shower gel and hand wash are heavily fragranced and might cause a reaction if your skin is sensitive. We'll definitely use Hilton hotels on our next adventure. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, with a friendly, lively atmosphere. The staff were warm and helpful all around. Lazarus at the Executive Lounge made us feel especially welcome, and his team provided excellent service. Breakfast was great too, with lots of local produce. It's ideally placed for walking to and from the Hydro.

The rooms are modern, refurbished and finished to a high standard. The restaurant is nice, the place is easy to get around, and the staff were helpful. The only snag was the digital key. I had to go back to reception for a physical one, and this isn't the only Hilton where I've run into that problem.

It had been a long time since I'd stayed at a Hilton. The room was quiet and comfortable, though it could use some coat hooks. Having to put wet coats in the wardrobe isn't great. Breakfast had a great choice, with a proper Scottish spread: lorne sausage, haggis and tattie scones.
