The food was incredible, like they have their own Master Chef in the kitchen. Our room was comfortable and had a great view, with two nice chairs by the window where we could sit and look out over the bay. Everything was perfect here.

After a very long day travelling, Dai and Grace kept me company and entertained on my first night, special thanks to them. I was there for two nights for a friend's nearby wedding, and the staff greeted me warmly and professionally when my train arrived very late. The location is lovely and peaceful. My room was spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good on both mornings.

Hi, I booked a five-day stay with my family for next week back in January and received a confirmation, but I can't seem to reach anyone by phone or email. I'm concerned because it now says 'temporary closed', which it didn't when I booked. Could someone who runs this place please get in touch? Thanks.

The room was clean and tidy, but service was slow for both the evening meal and breakfast. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here for business, as they didn't provide a VAT receipt. I asked a staff member more than six times over four weeks for a VAT invoice, and the manager never called me back. Something so simple shouldn't be this difficult.
