The parking was easy, right outside the front door, which was a real plus compared with most other places in Goole. There are pubs, restaurants and a gym within a minute's walk, and 24-hour CCTV around the building. Mike and Mihaela were brilliant hosts. They did everything they could to make sure guests were happy and comfortable. I stayed at the Phoenix for over eight months while working in Goole, and the accommodation had everything I needed with no issues. I'll definitely stay with them again next time I'm working in Goole, and I'll recommend it to anyone doing business in Goole or the surrounding area. Thanks again, Mike and Mihaela.

Mike and Mihaela were friendly and attentive hosts who made sure we were enjoying our stay. Our room was beautifully presented and had everything we needed, plus extras, and the bed was the biggest I've ever seen. Great value for money. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms are immaculate, and the care put into the details really shows. I've travelled a lot for work and this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. Nothing to fault in the room. You can tell time and effort have gone into making guests comfortable and happy to return. It's clearly popular, and I can see why. I wish I could have stayed longer and booked more often. Five stars all the way, and a massive thank you to the hosts. I can't recommend the place enough.

I was given a lovely apartment to stay in as an NHS key worker. It's right in town, with large, beautiful rooms and a super comfortable bed, and it had everything I needed. The couple running the place are lovely and very helpful, making sure you have what you need. By far the best place to stay in goole, and I'd highly recommend it. A*
