We found the Clock Tower well kept and equipped, with all the facilities we needed. The hot tub was fantastic. It’s near the end of the driveway and not very secluded, though we were lucky there weren’t any other guests in the adjoining properties. A windbreaker might make it feel more private. The spiral staircase was a little tricky with our three year old, so keep that in mind when booking.

The owner kept the hot tub in great shape, and it was very welcome after a walk or cycle. The gardens were lovely and well cared for, with a beautiful home and space for barbecues. Our accommodation was clean and tidy, with everything we could need. It’s brilliantly placed for Cartmel race course, walks and cycle routes. We had a wonderful week, and appreciated the tea, coffee, hot chocolate, prosecco and chocolates waiting for our group of eight, the Blazing saddles. Thanks for such a pleasant stay.

The interior of The Clock Tower is stunning, and the accommodation is top quality. We had a lovely weekend and the hot tub was fabulous. I’ve already booked for next year, can’t recommend it enough. 11/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
