We stayed in a very comfortable, well equipped upside down cottage, just a ten minute walk from the village. From the front there’s a fantastic view across to Helm Crag.

Every window had a great view in this brilliant upside down cottage. It’s ideally placed for exploring the lake district, and I’d definitely recommend it.
