The peaceful atmosphere and well-kept facilities made this a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and organised. My room was spotless, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with a perfect bed for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the quality toiletries and thoughtful amenities. The staff were warm, attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Every member of the team was ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I felt genuinely valued, and it had a touch of luxury while still feeling like a home away from home.

The location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area, and the Overcliffe Hotel team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was tidy, well presented and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely return. Thanks to the team at the Overcliffe Hotel, highly recommended.

Thomas and Melissa came through for us in a big way when we booked the downstairs bar and conservatory for a funeral wake. They kept the hot drinks coming and regularly replenished a really excellent buffet. With their help, we could share memories of happier times in a relaxed atmosphere while celebrating the life of a much loved departed loved one.

The owner welcomed me and my boyfriend so warmly, and our room was very clean and tidy. When I broke my shoe, the owners helped fix it and showed me where I could get a new pair. A lovely hotel with lovely staff. I'd definitely recommend it.

The restaurant is great, and the owner and staff are always so friendly. I stay here regularly because it feels like home, and the rooms are clean. Hope I get to come back again.
