We stayed at Ibis London Thurrock M25 in March 2026, and everything went smoothly from arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and keen to help, which made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable, with a great bed that meant we all slept well. It felt safe and well looked after, and had everything we needed. Shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the M25 made the location handy for our family trip. Excellent value, and we'd happily come back.

The staff were good and we enjoyed the food, though the breakfast rolls were rock hard and clearly several days old. The first two rooms we were given in the extension smelled of bad drains, as did the whole downstairs corridor. Our third room, on the second floor of the main building, was much better and the drain smell was tolerable. I'd recommend Ibis to a friend, just not this one.

The price was excellent, and the foyer had a classy bit of interior design. The staff were welcoming, the bed was nice, and the bathroom pod was very well designed.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and parking was free and convenient. The location was good too. But I didn't like the room or bed. We both woke with very achy backs, and the mattress was about 4 inches thick. The rooms feel like plastic playhouses, and the bathroom seems like it doesn't belong in the room.

I've been staying here every week for work since January, and the service has been amazing, always with a smile. The menu has plenty of variety, and I'm working my way through it. They serve until 10pm, which helps since I often arrive late. I really recommend this comfortable hotel.
