The location worked well, with local attractions and places to eat easy to reach. Our room was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were warm, welcoming and always ready to help, making the whole stay fantastic. A lovely hotel with great service, and I'd happily return.

The car park was secure, spacious and easy to use, and supermarkets were within an easy walk. There's also a nearby restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our rooms were spotless, well maintained and surprisingly roomy. The receptionist was fantastic, communicating clearly and accommodating our needs, including arranging an early check-in, which we really appreciated. A smooth, pleasant stay at this Premier Inn in Thurrock. I'd definitely return and recommend it.

The facilities were much better than I'd expected for the price, and our room was spotless and well equipped. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, including five-star ones, and was extremely impressed with my first Premier Inn stay. The welcome was the warmest and friendliest I've experienced. Kim, the manager, was charming, professional and helpful. Please pass on our thanks to Kim and the staff.

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were tidy. We came to this Premier Inn to meet friends and socialise. For a Premier Plus room, I expected a bigger bed; this one was very small. I also wasn't happy about paying £7.50 for parking as a guest, and that would put me off staying again.

I stayed last night with my partner, and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious, the bed really comfortable, and the area was handy for Lakeside. Salma at reception was especially lovely and made the stay so much better. We'll be back :)
