The caravan was clean and tidy, and the park had plenty to keep the children entertained. We were right by the beach, which was wonderfully close. Mash and Barrel served excellent food, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. It felt like a lovely spot for a family stay, and I’d happily recommend it.
We enjoyed the caravan so much that we’ve already booked for next year. It was spacious, warm, cosy, clean and well kept. The site itself was tidy, with great entertainment and plenty of fun for the family. Staff were all cheerful and friendly. Being right by the beach made it easy to stroll along the shore and be back in five minutes. A lovely weekend away.
The children, aged 6 and 5, had a brilliant time, and the adults could relax. Our accommodation was impressive, and we were in a great spot on the site, close to the swimming pool and seaside. Everyone we met on staff was helpful. A special thank you to Jenni in the supermarket for helping me with the drinks machine and my purchases. She was so friendly and caring. I wasn’t the adult who booked the holiday, so I won’t receive a survey to fill in.
The site was clean, with good facilities, and getting in was easy. Our caravan was spotless too. We went at a quieter time, which suited us. I used to look down on caravan holidays, but this turned out to be one of the best holidays I’ve had, even after travelling to many countries over the years.
We had a silver static van in a clean, nice part of the site, and the staff and security were polite and friendly. There was lots for the children to do, and the site was clean as well. Great Yarmouth is only about 10 minutes away. I’ve stayed at five different Haven sites, and this is probably my favourite so far.
