The Trevross

The hotel is close to the shops and seafront pier, and I'd happily stay again if I return to Yarmouth. Paul and his team were friendly and attentive. Every day, someone checked whether we needed anything or more tea, coffee, or milk. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choice: cereals, toast, butter, jam, baked beans, yogurt, croissants, tea, coffee, and juice. There was no fry-up, but they don't claim to serve one. Our bedroom had a comfortable bed, sink, tea and coffee, and a TV. It was clean, though a little dated. Some people seem to mix up dated with dirty, but things don't have to be brand new to be clean. As Paul has said in a response, they don't pretend to be the Ritz, and the price is suitably low. If you're after somewhere inexpensive and friendly with a decent free breakfast, I'd recommend it. Thanks for the stay, Paul. I'm not connected to the hotel, as my other Google reviews show.

The bed was very comfortable, and although the room felt dated, it was clean. It had tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, water, toiletries, and a fan for warmer days. Paul was thoughtful and helpful, keeping costs down while still making sure the room had what was needed. He also arranged on-street parking as part of our stay, which meant we didn't have to use the car park with the slightly flooded entrance and get our feet wet. Thanks to Paul and the team for their effort and support while we were there. The accommodation felt a bit like a youth hostel, but it matched its description. Breakfast was included, and the branded food was excellent. For anyone disappointed, read the overview first, as it describes what you get. Thanks for accommodating us. We hope to stay again on our next visit 😊

The bed was comfortable, the location is excellent, and the price is hard to complain about. Paul was lovely and attentive, even helping us carry our belongings upstairs. There was plenty of good quality breakfast to choose from. We'll be back next summer holidays!

It's a guest house rather than a hotel, so people may come with different expectations. We found it clean enough, with a good location and fair value for money. Paul was a great host and took good care of us as he showed us around. Our room and the shared showers and toilets were clean. Breakfast was simple but nice, with clean tables and a good range of cereals and yoghurt.
