The setting is stunning, and this has been a fab place for our big group of friends and family on both visits. The hosts are really accommodating. A couple of things could use attention: the sofas need updating and some of the beds are a bit lumpy. We'd recommend it and would happily come back again.

We spent Easter weekend enjoying the lovely garden at Cameley Lodge, and the house itself was clean and cosy. There’s a great kitchen and a games room too. It made for a beautiful country break, and we hope to return. Thanks, John.

We walked about a mile to the temple inn for a meal, and we’d definitely plan another stay here. It’s a lovely remote spot in fantastic surroundings, with everything we needed. Having an ensuite in every room was a great extra.

We woke up to an amazing view across the lake, and the gardens were beautiful too. Cameley Lodge has plenty of space inside and out, and was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a family weekend. The English breakfast was delicious. Paula and John were fantastic hosts, and we’d definitely visit again.

After a lovely day in bath, it was nice to get away to the countryside. Cameley Lodge was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and John and Paula were so helpful. The full breakfast was just right, piping hot and ready when we came down. The hot tub was an added bonus, and there are lots of lovely views and things to see locally. We'd definitely recommend it 😊
