Dan gave us a permit to park right outside when we arrived, which made things easy. The Franklin is also only a short walk from Harrogate centre. We spent a long weekend here and had a very spacious en suite room with a really comfortable bed. There was tea and coffee in the room, plus fresh milk in the fridge and flapjacks. Dan and Felicity made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with either a full Yorkshire cooked breakfast or cereals, along with tea or coffee and orange juice. We'd definitely come back for the warm welcome, comfy bed, and good breakfast.

A spotless, warm, comfortable room with a great en suite, and Harrogate centre is very handy. Breakfast was wonderful, especially having a proper pot of tea. The hosts were really friendly. I'd happily recommend this place.

Dan takes good care of you here, and his lovely breakfast each morning sets you up for the day. It's warm, clean, quiet at night, and has good facilities. A great place to stay in Harrogate. I'd definitely come back.

We were in room five for one night. It was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the owner was as helpful as could be. Breakfast was five star. Harrogate, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is an easy walk away.

We had a really enjoyable five nights at The Franklin, and we'd definitely use it again. Dan and Felicity were lovely hosts, breakfast was delicious, and our room was comfortable and clean. The road parking permit was a great bonus, especially with larger hotels charging so much for parking. It was extremely hot the first night, so we really needed the fan.
