We were a group of 20 family and friends celebrating a 60th birthday. I only told the pub the week before that our party had grown from 10 to 20, but the staff still fitted us in and looked after us perfectly. They're fantastic. The food was lovely, and the pub has a great atmosphere.

The Pub is a lovely spot for an evening drink or dinner, and the building and grounds are beautiful. We were very happy to find out when booking that dogs were welcome. There's a good choice of courses on the menu, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We highly recommend it for a drink or a meal!

The food was the real highlight, and the staff and atmosphere were lovely too. My partner and I came to the two sawyers and were pleasantly surprised. Leanna was so kind and helpful as our waitress that evening. Thanks so much, we hope to come back soon.

We had a fantastic Christmas meal with the family, and the service deserves a big thank you too. It may look like an unassuming pub, but the food was absolutely amazing. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a meal in the area, and we'll definitely be back.

The Sunday roast was one of the best I've had in a long time, and it wasn't expensive either. It's a lovely little country pub with really good service. Definitely going back!
