North Bridge Apartment

I’m usually nervous about dental appointments, even though I worked at this practice for eight years a long time ago. Everyone was friendly from beginning to end, and my filling was done brilliantly and without pain. The new digital local anaesthetic pen is a game changer. I didn’t even realise I was getting an injection! Well done North Bridge Dental, you’re all amazing, 10/10 😁

They make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Everyone here is so friendly, from reception and the dental assistants to the dentists. I can’t praise this practice enough. 5*

My dentist and hygienist are both kind and caring, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have a pain free program, so going to the dentist is always a positive experience for me.

After having a tooth removed four weeks earlier, I noticed a jagged edge sticking up in the gap during my volunteer shift on Tuesday morning. I called reception and asked to be seen. They said I could come in, but nothing would be done, and offered an emergency appointment for Thursday with the same explanation. Unhappy, I said I’d leave it. Back home, feeling the practice wouldn’t help, I pulled the jagged piece out and threw it away. About 30 minutes after my first call, the practice rang to explain the dentist thought it might have been bone rather than tooth. They offered to look at the gap if I came in, but said they wouldn’t do anything then. I declined. After 70 years as a patient, I was disappointed and felt unimportant and unvalued.
