The bar and restaurant were the highlight. Breakfast came free with our stay and was restaurant quality, the best I've come across. The main menu was very good, homemade and delicious, and we enjoyed eating there both nights. I stayed at Newton House Hotel for 2 nights with my partner while she recovered from a procedure, and I'd definitely come back. The room was clean, comfortable and had a good bathroom. It's a quiet spot, a short walk from the seafront and right on the road on and off the Island. There's plenty of free parking, and the grounds are lovely, with gardens and lots of nice places to sit. Great service throughout. Five stars, highly recommend.

The Hayling Folk and Acoustic music club was a lovely reason to spend an evening here. The staff were warm and welcoming, and they had real ale at the bar too. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the hotel. The location loses a star because it's beside a relatively busy road, though Hayling beach is only about half a mile away. I'll gladly visit again.

A great little hotel and very good value, with a really nice breakfast included. I was here for one night to play golf at the Hayling Island GC, just 5 minutes away. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a good bar, a small restaurant with nice food, and my room was very clean with everything I needed. Plenty of free parking as well. It was a nice change from the big corporate chains, and I'm looking forward to going back. 👏👏

The team at Newtown Hotel made our Christmas extra special. We really appreciated how carefully they catered for our gluten-free and dairy-free needs, and that they looked after our dog while we were away on holiday. Thank you all for a wonderful Christmas dinner! 🎄💛

The menu looked lovely, though we didn't eat. The venue was beautiful and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's open to non-residents.
