Linda was such a warm-hearted, incredible host that I’d happily return to Hayling Island just to see her again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served at 8:30 with the other guests, and we had a relaxed, lovely conversation around the table. Our large room looked out over the garden and was nice and quiet. The place was immaculate, which makes its high cleanliness rating well deserved.

The breakfasts were so good I’m hungry just remembering them. Linda and Clive are accommodating hosts who clearly take pride in what they do, and each room seems to have its own artistic style. For me, it was an ideal break from busy city life. I can’t think of a better place to stay in the South of England, and I hope I get to visit again.

The food was amazing, and the tea and coffee were great too. The owners were friendly and very accommodating from the start. The rooms were lovely and really warm, perhaps a bit too warm for someone from up north. It’s a beautiful house and B&B, with parking out front. The owner’s wife speaks very softly and seems like an amazing lady.
