The kids were so well catered for, from the toy box and children’s toiletries to the diapers and fresh organic milk in the minibar. Our connecting rooms also worked brilliantly for our two young boys: we had some privacy while keeping them close. The grounds were lovely to explore by bike, with child-sized bikes and baby seats, and the team drove us to and from Wellington country park for a fun outing. It felt like staying in a beautiful family home. The food was excellent, mostly farm-to-table, and the complimentary afternoon tea cake, especially the chocolate caramel, was amazing. Room service was lovely, and the minibar was regularly topped up. Service throughout was warm and discreet, with help available whenever we needed it. Even our laundry came back neatly pressed in a box. We can't wait to come back one day.

The setting at Heckfield Place is so beautiful, and the staff made us feel welcome and special the whole time. We held a fabulous early evening dinner for my daughter's 33rd birthday. Everyone was so helpful, and I can't wait to come again!

The food really made our stay, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had an incredible time celebrating my partner’s birthday and would absolutely recommend it for a celebration.

We enjoyed our second visit so much that we booked Christmas straight away. Luck was with us, and we got what I now think of as "our room" for four nights. Everything about the property is wonderful, and the staff take such good care of their guests. See my Heckfield friends soon.🥰

The spa left me feeling pure happiness. I loved the peaceful paths, all the trees, and the sense of connection with myself. The rooms, staff, ambience, and atmosphere were all of the highest standard. Probably the best hotel I've ever been to, and a truly unforgettable experience.
