Elloe Lodge

The sheets were so good, and I slept really well in the peaceful room. Breakfast was filling and made with quality ingredients. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything I could want. I'd absolutely come back. Thank you.

I had a warm welcome and slept comfortably in a cosy, warm bedroom. The host had Oat milk ready for the room, which was thoughtful. There was a good TV setup, including Netflix, and breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the bright dining room was lovely on a sunny Sunday. I had the full English with toast and coffee, which set me up well for the drive back to East Yorkshire. Micheal and Luca asked what time I wanted to eat and made me feel at home from the start. I was there for a family wedding and Micheal kindly arranged an early check-in so I could get ready without arriving rumpled. The house is stunning, and going up the elegant staircase to my room made me feel like a minor royal. I almost wished I had a grand ballgown to swish around in! My bed was wonderfully comfortable, and I liked being able to open the windows fully for cool night air. The birdsong in the morning was much nicer than an alarm. There was a great choice of quality drinks, a large cup, and bottled water, a kind touch in the warm weather. The Sea Kelp toiletries smelled delicious and more subtle than the usual floral scents. Cotton wool and buds were provided too, and there was a hairdryer, though I didn't use it. I also appreciated having Sky on the TV to put music on while I got ready. Thanks, Micheal and Luca. I really enjoyed staying here and hope to come back soon.

Michael and Luca made us feel very welcome, and their home is exceptional. Our room was beautiful and the stay was extremely comfortable. We stopped at Elloe Lodge on our way back from the North East coast and Lincoln, and were so glad we did. Breakfast was exceptional too. Elloe Lodge is a real treat. Wishing Michael and Luca all the best for the future, they deserve it.
