The staff were fantastic, and everything was very clean and tidy. This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was stunning again. Thanks for a very special weekend. Mike.

We stayed in one of the cottages at the mansion house and absolutely loved it. It's a great base for walking to the high street and local pubs, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in or around Holbeach.

Sam and Richard gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived, and both were wonderful hosts. Nothing felt like too much trouble. I slept very well in a comfortable bed, and my room was great. Breakfast was satisfying, with a choice of continental or cooked dishes. My poached eggs were just right. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mansion House Hotel and will book there again when I'm back in Holbeach.

The old building is lovely, though its stairs can be tricky if you have mobility issues, so be sure to book a cottage in that case. The rooms are clean and well equipped, breakfast is lovely, and the owners are about as friendly and helpful as you could hope for.

The hotel is beautiful, cosy, clean, and really well placed, with everything you need within a five-minute walk. The family who run it are wonderful. I'm a single mum travelling with two small children. After a long, difficult journey, we arrived late and were welcomed warmly. They helped us bring our luggage to our cosy room and made sure we had what we needed. I became unwell during the stay and had to ask for an extra night. It was no trouble at all, and they went above and beyond to support a very poorly mum and her two young children. I don't know how I would have coped in that difficult situation without such caring, supportive hosts.
