We visited from 22/5/26 to 26/5/26. Liam Kelly, please pass this on to the relevant teams. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms in fine order. Our room was left looking lovely each day, refreshed with tea, coffee and, of course, biccies. We really appreciated their work. Where to begin with the waiting staff? They were an absolutely marvelous team. Special thanks to OLIVA, ROSE, ELLIE, YAS and MATAS, who never stopped. Everyone was brilliant at taking food orders, clearing tables and serving drinks. Please forgive me for not remembering all your names, though I did try. You did a great job through some challenging heat and guests. We can’t praise you enough, and we appreciated it very much. Thank you all. Hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff, preparing sublime food in that heat while working with ovens and hot pans. The food was delicious and the portions very filling. We’ll definitely return. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was a good size and comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped. Nice little touches included fresh milk in the fridge and chocolate truffles on arrival.

This hotel is really handy for visiting Norfolk, and we’ve stayed several times because it never disappoints. The breakfasts and dinners have been faultless, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that some of the public areas look a little dated and tired and could do with refurbishment.

The hotel’s peaceful location made a lovely base for exploring the nearby coast and countryside. The beach and charming Norfolk towns are within easy reach, and it was a pleasure to unwind in the attractive, quiet surroundings. The landscaped grounds are beautiful, and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. Our room was bright and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, tidy tea and coffee facilities, and a DAB radio. Thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with plenty of choice and good quality ingredients. The restaurant and bar were relaxed yet refined. Excellent staff, comfort and atmosphere made this an enjoyable stay from beginning to end. I’d be very happy to return.

The room and hotel were beautiful, and reception staff were very good. Dinner service was wonderful too. Breakfast was a different story: the staff, especially the slightly older woman who checked us in, made us feel really uncomfortable. She was very abrupt.
