The garden is a lovely spot to sit with our dogs, and the beaches are only minutes from the door. We’ve been coming back to this comfortable cottage since it first opened in June 2014. It’s always spotless, with excellent facilities, including WiFi. Alan and Frith are warm and friendly, while still giving you space, and they’re there whenever you need anything. Nothing feels like too much trouble. A great place to unwind and come back to at the end of the day. David and Elizabeth

That new log burner is a nice little bonus. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s spotless every visit, with really friendly owners. The cottage has loads of space, two good-sized bedrooms and a lovely open-plan living area. It’s well placed for Hopeman and the surrounding area, and the off-street parking is handy. We’ll keep coming back, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

Gorgeous scenery and plenty to do nearby, whether you’re up for being active or just want to sit and read. We’ve been coming to the cottage at least twice a year for the last three years, and we love it. Frith and Alan are great neighbours, hosts and friends. It’s pet-friendly too. Highly recommend!

There’s a safe, excellent play park for the kids less than 500 yards away, and the beach is just as close. A fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway are across the road, along with Stew & Drew's fine ice cream emporium. The let was worth every penny, and we’ll definitely be back. It’s in a great spot, spotlessly clean, dog-friendly and has WIFI. The only small downside was hearing pub garden conversations from beside one of the bedrooms. Hopeman is so quiet that they can sound like they’re in the room, though otherwise you might not notice. City dwellers probably wouldn’t be phased. It didn’t bother us, and being able to nip next door for a pint is a plus. Five stars from me.

Clean, tidy cabin with plenty of room inside. It’s a good base for getting around, and local amenities are a short drive away. There’s no shop on site. Pets are welcome, and the staff are friendly.
