Fresh linen is supplied and all rooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The double ensuite rooms booked with kitchen access have a fully equipped shared kitchen. There is free WiFi access in all areas.

Stay away. The room was dirty, with insects, rat boxes, mold, and a urine smell in the bathroom. It was very noisy too. You could hear every word from other rooms through the thin walls, and every door slamming. A huge construction site next to the accommodation starts early in the morning, making it hard to sleep. It’s more like a student room than a hotel. There was no bin in the room, and the bed was a single size, definitely not the two-person bed they told us it would be. It was awful and uncomfortable. There were insects smashed on the wall in the room, and rat boxes in front of the door. I couldn’t shower because of the mold in the bathroom. Customer service was impossible to reach. They only contacted us before arrival to get our money, then didn’t seem concerned if we had problems during the stay. It was a horrible experience: dirty, uncomfortable, and noisy. We heard every word people said in other rooms and every door opening and closing made the walls shake. Find a proper hotel that treats you right.

The location is very good and it’s cheap, but the rooms were dirty and smelled of urine. There was hair on the floors and no utensils in the kitchen. If you’re poor, you may feel you have no choice but to put up with this misery. Otherwise, go somewhere more decent, where you feel respected and get basic hygiene and hospitality.

We booked several nights, but staying there was impossible, so we left early. The bathroom had mold and I couldn’t even shower. When I tried to sleep, I heard rats. The staff were intimidating, and I’d never felt that insecure before. Dirty, disgusting, and unhygienic. It doesn’t even deserve a star. The worst experience ever.

If you’re after comfort after traveling, stay away. This is a student room. There were lots of insects, they charged for cleaning the room but didn’t do it, and the bed is awful unless you have a back made of iron. If you’re poor, stay here. For the same price, I’d rather stay at ibis or travelodge.

The carpets were dirty, and there was a strong urine smell in the bathroom. They charged a £50 deposit for possible damage to the property in July, and there’s still been zero information or communication. Horrendous place. Never, ever make the mistake of staying there.
