I accidentally left some jewellery in the bathroom and tried several times to contact them to get it back. They keep ignoring me and won’t return it. What kind of decent place keeps a guest’s things?
2/10
Absolutely dreadful service. They took full payment, then cancelled my booking within 48 hours of my arrival, saying there were “water issues”. Don’t book here, total cowboys.
