Our reservation had been confirmed and paid for eight months earlier, but Stay Suites cancelled it because of overbooking. By then, everything else nearby was fully booked, leaving us stranded. They didn't try to find alternative accommodation and gave the impression they saw this as normal and acceptable. If you need confidence that a confirmed booking will be honoured, we'd strongly advise avoiding them.

Getting in was straightforward: the telephone check-in was efficient, the staff were friendly, and all the entry information was accurate and arrived in good time. It was a good apartment, close enough to walk to the stadium for Hella Mega.

The apartment was very clean, the building was well kept, and there was plenty of cutlery. The bed was comfortable too. Reception and staff were consistently great. Ellie and Tina were really good, as was the man on Sunday evening whose name I've forgotten. I've travelled all over the UK for work and pleasure, and can confidently say this apartment is far above the rest in every department. Kudos to Management. I'll definitely choose it again when I'm in Huddersfield 👍 Marcus

The apartment was beautiful, but we couldn't get either television to work.
