The room was nicely decorated, and the AC blew ice-cold, which I really appreciated. I did have a problem with the entry code sent by email, but it was sorted quickly over the phone. There’s no parking, which I wish the hotel had, though I understand it may not be feasible given the location. Music from the bars outside was noticeable, but it wasn’t a big issue for us, and noise is to be expected there. I also wish the window opened. Even so, it’s a nice hotel and I’d likely stay again.

The room was quiet, with no noise problems from inside or outside, and the keypad worked fine for both the building and our room. The en-suite was immaculate. I liked the quirky, different decor, and how the lights and furniture flowed from the public areas into the bedroom. This was a last-minute booking because we had tickets for the Bonus Arena, and the central location and price suited us. A fantastic find, we'd definitely stay again.

I wouldn't recommend this expensive stay. Noise from the nightclub next door and bright green lights in the room made it hard to sleep. That spoiled an otherwise well-decorated studio, and the shower room was underwhelming. Customer service was limited. We did meet a pleasant person on the second day who gave us earplugs, but by then it was too late. We came to Hull to see Michael Kiwanuka at the Bonus Arena, which was awesome. Shame we didn't find somewhere better to stay.

It was great value, and the staff were really nice. Our room was spacious and fresh, with two toilets, which was convenient. There was a TV in both the bedroom and living room, so we could choose where to watch. We also appreciated the water tank just outside the room, as we really needed it. The place is very central, with shops and the malls just around the corner. No noise either. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful four-night stay and didn't see anyone the whole time, which was pretty cool. The corridors and lobby had a great ambience, the shower room looked smart, and the bed was comfy. Really, no complaints. I'd definitely stay again. 😊
