We had a sea view, and Hunstanton town is only a five minute walk away. The guesthouse has parking for four cars, and I'd definitely recommend it. Breakfast isn't served anymore, but Hunstanton has lots of cafés. We stayed for two nights this weekend. Our ground floor room was comfortable, especially with two armchairs. The bed gave us a really good night's sleep, the shower worked well with lots of hot water, and the bath towels were large and soft.

The hosts are lovely, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The gluten free full English breakfast is excellent. I always stay here when I'm in Hunstanton.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the start of May 2025 and had a fab time. The hosts were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities. The house is close to Hunstanton centre and its attractions, but nights were still very quiet. The Full English breakfast was one of the best we've ever tasted. I'd highly recommend The Sunrise B & B and will visit again. Thank you! 😊 Dean and Karen x

The host was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. I stayed three nights in a single room at the back of the property. The room and bathroom were small, but big enough for me, and the tea tray had lots of treats. A large fan had been provided too. The shower had an unusual full-length window looking into the room, opposite a full-length mirror. I would have preferred it to be obscured with static cling, so I didn't have to watch myself showering or using the loo. That was the only slight negative. There was plenty of on-street parking nearby, and it's a short walk to the sea and town. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was spotless and spacious, with plenty of storage, and the sea view was amazing, especially at sunset. We had breakfast on our first morning. It was delicious, very well cooked and more than we could manage. We'd just returned from a relaxed four night stay. The guest house is a short walk from central Hunstanton and the beach, and it's a good base for exploring North Norfolk.
