When I came a few weeks ago to pick my wife up, I went into the main reception and was hit by an absolutely disgusting smell. A worker called Karen was behind the counter. She was passive aggressive and told me I had to wait outside, saying, “check ins only, if you're not checking in please wait outside.” I found that rude and confusing. The restaurant on the other side of the hotel is very nice, and has a very good brownie.
8/10
The hotel is easy to reach, just off the main road, and because there aren’t many rooms it was quiet. I slept really well, and the staff were welcoming. My only issue was finding the turning after dark, as there was no lighting. Apart from that, I had no problems.

I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and Karen was especially friendly and helpful. Great customer service.
10/10
The room was warm and clean, and there was loads of parking, even for a large van. The location worked well, with a great American diner right next door. Good value too, and I’d definitely recommend it. The receptionist was friendly.

Karen, Naomi, and the whole team were amazing. They gave us 100% customer service and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. It was a good place to stay, and we’ll definitely return. Many thanks for everything you did to make us comfortable. Mr and Mrs Haywood.
