Mercure Hythe Imperial & Spa

The staff are what make this place so special. They’re warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We’ve stayed at The Hythe Imperial four times now, and each visit has been better. Coast serves delicious food, the standard rooms are gorgeous, and the beachside location is hard to beat. We got engaged here, had our first holiday here, and now we’ll be getting married here too. A special thanks to Georgia, who’s a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Hythe Imperial!

The team made our stay feel especially lovely. They were flexible, friendly, and happy to help with anything, and our wedding guests enjoyed themselves too. We got married nearby and stayed at the imperial with everyone. The rooms were clean and had all we needed, the spa was great, and the hotel looked beautiful decorated for Christmas. My partner gave me a stay here for my birthday, and I loved it. The room had an amazing view, and the place itself is beautiful. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel, with excellent service. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I can’t wait to return!

A lovely old-style coastal hotel, with good rooms, service, and food. The pool itself is nice, but the spa changing rooms and jacuzzi area feel worn and could use a makeover. The Moet bar is worth a visit, especially with the friendly, helpful barman we had.
