The included breakfast was delicious and really tasty. We only stayed one night, and the room was lovely, very clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. We also had dinner at the restaurant, but honestly, the quality didn't match the price.

We'd been wanting to try Winchelsea Lodge for a while, so when we got a weekend away from the kids and wanted to stay nearby, we booked it. Room 5 was cosy, lovely, and very clean. We enjoyed the good food and range of drinks at the bar on Friday night, and breakfast was lovely too. The manager and staff were such lovely people, and they sorted anything we needed straight away. Couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend 😁 Thank you guys!

The location was great, near Rye and Hastings, with beaches, woodlands, castles, and views nearby. Lee and the team at Winchelsea Lodge were friendly and welcoming. The lodge was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. We were really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend it.

A good place to stay for a few nights, close to the coast and with easy access to the wildlife on the land behind the lodges. Our room had a powerful viewing telescope by the window. We could see a family of kites and some egrets in the marshy areas.

We stayed in June for my birthday and were lucky with the weather, so we enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was excellent, and our room had a very comfortable bed and a big window that kept it cool at night. There were lots of nice finishing touches in the room and the Lodge. The food was great, and so was the service. We’d certainly come back again. June and Frank x
