The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and always glad to help. The beds were really comfortable, and the modern design gave the hotel a nice, slightly luxurious feel. I paid £177 for two nights, which I thought was an incredible deal for London. There were a few minor signs of wear, but nothing that affected my stay. The location was very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from Baron’s Court Underground station. I was going to Wembley for the Sidemen Charity Football Match. The Underground was closed that weekend for maintenance, but it wasn’t a problem because Hammersmith station is about a 15 minute walk away, so there was another way to get around. My main criticism is that the rooms aren’t soundproof. I was kept awake by neighbouring guests until around 3am. Noise can happen in any hotel, but advertising soundproof rooms set a higher expectation than the hotel met. The WiFi was also unreliable, cutting in and out, and my 5G signal didn’t work well in the room either. Even so, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

Reception staff were lovely and very accommodating, and we had a lovely stay at the W14 Kensington Hotel. The area was quiet, felt very safe and was really good. It’s about a 5 minute walk from West Kensington tube, handy for exploring London. Our twin room was small, but perfect for what we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was excellent.

I’ll definitely book here again. The room was great and perfectly clean, in a quiet neighborhood with shops and public transport nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. An elevator would have been nice, as we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor through a narrow, carpeted hallway. A mini-fridge would’ve been good too, but those were the only downsides.

It’s a lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff, in a great area that felt very safe. The road was well lit, and it’s not far from the tube. The rooms are small, and parking seemed to be limited to 3 hours, though overnight parking between 11pm and 8am was okay. There are steep stairs and several floors with no lift, so keep that in mind if you have a breathing or physical disability. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, surrounded by great shops and restaurants, and the whole place was clean with no unpleasant smells. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
