We arrived without booking, and a staff member, I think her name was Ruby, greeted us so warmly. She was attentive throughout the meal and gave us superb food recommendations. My husband and I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but we’ll certainly come again.

One of the tastiest roasts I’ve had in a while, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. It did take quite a while to order a drink, so I’ve dropped a star. I’d definitely come back.

The pizza was incredible, and we can’t wait to try more of the menu. There seems to be something for everyone, and the pub is dog friendly. The Pawtrait wall is brilliant, so we’re looking forward to seeing our boy’s photo up there. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend stopping by.

We stopped at The Bell on a spontaneous trip and stayed for two nights. The pub has a warm atmosphere, a good choice of drinks and great food. We tried the Thai Green Curry and a pizza, and both impressed us. Breakfast was included and delicious, we had the Full English. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Our room was good, with a comfortable bed and clean toilet and shower. It wasn’t especially luxurious, but for the price it was perfect. I’d love to go back.

The food was full of flavour and beautifully cooked, and the service was friendly and attentive without rushing us. From the moment we walked into The Bell at Broadway, Ilminster, we felt welcome. It has a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and you can tell the team take real care and pride in what they do. A lovely place for a drink or a full meal. We’ll be back and recommending it to others. Big thanks to the team.
