We stayed in The Tweed Room, which was roomy and had a really comfortable big bed. The view from our room was lovely, and the whole guest house was spotless in a beautiful setting. Great value, too. It’s such a shame we heard it was closing in December 2021, as we’d hoped to come back. Damn shame!

The location is cracking, with the town centre close by and stunning views over the river to Floors Castle. Great place, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads-up for anyone afraid of spiders...

We spent six nights here and really enjoyed the stay. Our room was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and we had a lovely view of River Tweed and Floors Castle.

We always enjoy coming here. There’s a wide range of breakfasts cooked to order each morning, which is hard to beat. The bedrooms are comfortable, the facilities are great, and it’s close to town. A good choice for fishermen or anyone spending a few days around the kelso area.
