I spent two nights here over New Year and loved every minute of it. The hosts and their dogs were lovely, the service was the best, and the location was brilliant. I’d gladly come back. 10/10, and if I could I’d give it six stars.

Pam and Alan are wonderful hosts and look after the biking community so well. The full breakfast was outstanding, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Our biking mates who stay here recommended it, and I’d wholeheartedly pass that recommendation on. The location is great for an easy ride to golfie glentress and innerleithan. Only downside for us was not having an ensuite.

Set in the lovely border town of Innerleithen, it’s a handy spot with plenty to do nearby, or just a short hop to Edinburgh and places further north. The hospitality was incredible, the place spotlessly clean and breakfast sumptuous. Pam and Alan couldn’t have done more for us. Best BnB I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled widely. Sorry Pam, but I’ll be back.

For the price, the quality here is absolutely top. The host gave us a warm welcome, the accommodation was comfortable, and breakfast in the living room was lovely. It all added to my southern upland way trip and made this a very good choice. Thanks so much! Stefan

I’m back from a long weekend riding in Inners, and Pam and Allan treated me more like a family friend than a guest. The room was fantastic, and breakfast was something else: strawberries with warm honey, then a full hot breaky. I ate better than I do at home! I honestly didn’t want to give five stars because this place deserves six. A really warm, friendly stay and two brilliant nights of sleep. I’ll be back very soon. Thanks, guys, and dogos ;)
