We stayed for three weeks and had a great time, including with the children. Barr Cottage deserves 7 🌟 👍👍👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. The hosts welcomed us with lemon drizzle cake and are so proud of their magnificent garden, they could talk about it for hours. It's a real gem, with lovely views from all around, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sightseeing spots are easy to reach, and I'd certainly recommend staying here. The other review on this page with 1 🌟 was a mistake and can be totally ignored.

We found a new gem and spent three weeks here. The cottage has lots of space, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. From the garden you get lovely views over the loch, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The hosts are very friendly and happy to share information about things to do, the garden and nature. I'd highly recommend it, even for families with kids.
