The owner was incredibly cold and passive aggressive when I asked to cancel several days before arrival because of a family illness. He wouldn't accommodate the cancellation and showed so little empathy. Even after he knew we weren't coming to the property, he still sent the check-in details. His behavior was atrocious and so rude. He shouldn't be in hospitality. I'd advise staying literally anywhere else.

Warm, cosy and very homely, with plenty of breakfast.

This lovely little flat in Inverness was clean and had a great shower. There was ample parking on a quiet cul-de-sac, and thoughtful touches like fruit, cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee. It was too small for our group of three working away, but would be lovely for a family with two children spending a few nights exploring Inverness.

There's parking right outside this small terraced house, which has everything you need. We really liked it. It sits in a residential area on the outskirts of town, and inside it was very clean, with comfortable beds and a convenient shower. Breakfast supplies included fruit, cereals, milk in the fridge and sliced bread, plus a Nespresso machine and capsules.
