Cross the bridge and you're right in the middle of town, near the restaurants and station. It's a lovely guest house in an amazing location. Our room was clean, cosy and just right, breakfast was lovely, and James and Angela were wonderful hosts.

The rooms are on the small side, but cosy and clean, with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. James and Angela clearly take great pride in the guest house and were wonderful hosts. It's in a lovely neighbourhood, easy to walk around, and the location made it simple to enjoy our time in Inverness.

A great place to use as a base while touring the Highlands. The hosts were helpful and full of information. Breakfast came freshly made as we sat in the room, with lots of choices and a perfect, filling portion. I especially liked that the hot food wasn't buffet style. The room was tidy and genuinely clean.

The house is only a short walk from the river and shops, and it's always very clean. I've stayed several times over the years, and James and Angela are a lovely couple who make it special. They’re happy to help with anything, and breakfast is lovely.

The hosts made us feel very welcome and shared helpful information about the city. Our rooms were lovely and cosy, with a strong WiFi signal. I stayed with my family while touring Scotland, and the location was very convenient: an easy walk to the city centre and train station. Parking was available on the premises, though we didn't need it. We'd definitely stay again.
