The owner handled our complaint very professionally, agreed we could leave after one night, and said she would refund that night. But after I contacted her several times, the refund still hadn't arrived. We had booked two nights in June 2025, and on arrival the apartment was dusty and dirty, with cleaning that felt extremely superficial. The sofa was filthy. The main door jammed so badly that I hurt my hand, and it still couldn't be locked. We felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave. It's a shame, and we can't understand all the exclusively positive reviews. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

Mary was so helpful and kind, and I really appreciated all her service. The room had a great view through the window, and there was plenty of parking. The place was neat and clean, and we could cook there too. One of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in.

It was a comfortable, well-equipped place, with everything from towels and toothpaste to a microwave. The heating was good, and the location was quiet but still close to Inverness centre.

I'm sure this place is lovely, but Google won't let me dismiss it.
