Charlotte, the owner, was charming and had plenty of useful information. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms immaculate, and the beds comfortable. There are also lovely sitting and dining areas. It’s affordable for anyone on a budget, including people coming into Ipswich for work, with easy access to the town centre and local shops. I had a very good stay and would recommend it. Thumbs up.

Charlotte and her family were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s homely, quirky, comfortable and good value. If you’re after a fancy, sterile 5-star hotel, this isn’t the place for you.

We came with our daughter, and it was child friendly, really clean and tidy. It felt like a home from home, with very friendly people and fair prices. There are lots of places to see, whether you’re away for leisure or business, plus plenty of food and shops nearby. We’d come back, and would’ve stayed longer if we could have. Xxx

Charlotte was delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. The place feels homely, the rooms are very clean, and it’s really cheap. We had a great stay, and I’d recommend it to anybody.

It’s a family home, and they make you feel like part of the family. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and nice, and the garden was beautiful.
