Premier Inn Ipswich Town Centre - Quayside

We had another great weekend here. We stay fairly often and always enjoy it. The manager is the best I've met, with lots of ideas for improving things, and the whole team is so friendly. We've stayed at plenty of Premier Inns, but this team really stands out. The restaurant team looked after us so well. Annabelle, Jack and Haydon made sure we had a lovely meal and dessert. Annabelle has time for everyone, and her infectious laugh can brighten anyone's day. Housekeeping is lovely too. My husband mentioned my back and knee pain, including that I sit up much of the night and need a pillow under my knees. Since I arrived later than he did, the room had five pillows ready just for me. The housekeeping team always tries to help when we're here. I hope everyone knows how much they're appreciated 😊😉

Belle was wonderful when I became unwell during our stay. She made sure I had what I needed and really went above and beyond. Lianne was warm and friendly at breakfast, which was delicious and set us up for the day. The location worked perfectly for our plans, and the rooms were spotless, though a little chilly when we first entered.

I've been here a few times and keep coming back. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and the bed is really comfortable. It's a handy place to stay when travelling to or from London. The meal deal is worth every penny, and the dessert is hard to resist. Highly recommended 😊

We had a fabulous two-night stay, and all the staff were great. Special thanks to Marnie & Taylor for being so kind and professionally friendly. They made all the difference.
