We had a lovely first trip to Islay and hope to come back and stay here again. The rooms were spacious and clean, the views were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Vivian was so friendly.

The bay views are amazing, and the place is very clean with a great set up. The owner was brilliant and really accommodating. A lovely place to stay while you're on the island.

Vivian even went to the trouble of posting back something we accidentally left in our room, which was very kind. We spent four lovely days here. The modern rooms were spacious, had new facilities, and looked out over the inlet towards Bowmore. At breakfast, Vivian was warm and friendly and shared plenty of local tips over a very good continental spread. The location worked perfectly for getting to the island's distilleries.

The breakfast was far more than we expected: fresh pancakes, lovely jam (maybe homemade?), several kinds of bread, fruit, and drinks. Our host was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a fantastic B&B with a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding area. If you're staying on Islay, this is a lovely spot.

Vivian was a wonderful host, and the breakfast was very good. We had a big, comfortable, super clean room in a quiet location with a great view. Such a perfect place for a vacation.
