Glenartney

We were cycling around Arran and stayed two nights, one on either side of the ride. The hearty breakfast included cereal and a very well prepared cooked option. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and the owners were friendly and ready to help with anything. It's an excellent location, about a ten-minute walk from the ferry terminal. We'd highly recommend it after an excellent stay.

Really lovely place, and the location is good too, so we'd recommend it. We contacted them before arriving to ask about an earlier check-in since our ferry reached Arran at 8am. They were happy for us to go straight to the hotel and check in, which was great because we could nap for another two hours :) Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice, though a little small. You can hear every single word or noise through the walls... ;-)

We'd just spent two nights here and had a fantastic time. The hosts were brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, tidy and clean, with stunning views over the beach and Goatfell. Breakfast was lovely too, definitely worth five stars 😁

A lovely choice for a family getaway at a good price. We went with three children, and they all loved it. There were games for the older ones, toys and high chairs for the younger one, and the staff were great with the kids. The rooms were lovely with excellent views, and the tea and coffee facilities were great. The homemade treats made things feel perfect. We had a warm welcome from friendly, helpful staff who were flexible and always happy to offer track tips. Very child friendly, highly recommended.
