The kitchen had plenty of equipment, though it got crowded at times, so we mostly ate out. The place felt more like a hostel, and the beds weren't arranged as the website had shown. There were five of us in two rooms that seemed intended for three, which made things awkward. We didn't complain, being very British about it. Next time we'll choose a hotel or rent a house.

We'd happily return. The location makes it easy to explore Mull, and the nearest SPAR for food shopping is in Salen, 6 km away. Our room and the facilities were clean and comfortable, and there was a nice atmosphere. Great value, with everything we needed.

The hosts and other guests were so friendly, and the whole place had a happy, laid-back feel. We loved the views, the lovely setting, and the adorable sheep and dogs on site. It's basic, but clean and comfortable, and it was exactly what we wanted: cheap and cheerful. There's a big communal area to relax in and parking on site. I'd take breakfast out onto the lawn to enjoy the view.

We had a really relaxing stay in a comfortable, well-organised place with lovely amenities. The island scenery was beautiful, and the location was great. A few sharper kitchen knives would make cooking easier, but otherwise we enjoyed it very much.
