Pleasance Farm B&B

We enjoyed the quiet, charming setting at Pleasance Farm, and Spring and Maple, the resident black labradors, deserve a special mention. It was perfectly located for Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford, all easy trips from the farm. My wife and I were there for two nights for her Warwick University graduation, and I'm so glad we found it. Our host Tamarind welcomed us warmly. We had a coffee and a chat before she showed us to our immaculate room, which had beautiful views over the fields, tasteful decor, everything we needed and a very comfortable feel. Breakfast was an ideal start to the day and didn't disappoint. We'd definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone visiting the area.

A little off the beaten track, but worth making the effort to get there. Tamarind was a lovely host, the room was nice, and the shower and bed were good. Breakfast was great too.

Breakfast had everything we needed, from fresh fruit, juice and yoghurt to a hot meal. We slept really well in the comfortable beds, waking up to a lovely view across the fields. The room was spotless, cosy and peaceful. Kenilworth Castle is an easy walk, and Stratford-upon-Avon is a manageable drive. Tamarind was easy to reach with any questions and even got our room ready early. The homemade cake and tea were a lovely welcome. We'd happily come back.

We stayed here because it was handy for visiting our son at Warwick Uni, and the quiet countryside setting was a bonus. Tamarind welcomed us with delicious apple cake, and there were shortbread biscuits in the room too. Breakfast included the usual choices as well as lovely homemade bread. The house was clean, modern and nicely furnished. We'll come back to Pleasance Farm whenever we're in the area.
