The Peacock Hotel

Room quality seems to depend on where you stay in the building. There’s also occasional pub noise when it’s busy, limited parking, and the rooms vary in how recently they’ve been updated. The Peacock Hotel is a characterful traditional pub hotel with a relaxed, friendly welcome. Its location is handy for visiting nearby towns and countryside, and people come for both meals and short stays. The food is a regular highlight, with well-prepared pub dishes, generous servings and Sunday roasts when available. The bar is lively but comfortable and has a good drink selection. It’s a good fit if you like traditional charm and casual comfort.

The location made it easy to get around the local area, and the hotel had a relaxing feel that suited both work and leisure trips. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the staff were welcoming throughout our stay. We had a wonderful visit to Peacock Hotel Kenilworth and would gladly return.

The car park on site made the visit easy, and the food was brilliant. We were also impressed by the excellent meeting facilities and their professional, welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding. I was very happy with the experience and would recommend the venue, and visit again.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s never let me down. The rooms are generously sized for the price, breakfast is tasty and a bargain, especially the larger option, and the staff are friendly. There’s free parking too, which isn’t always easy to find in a town centre. It’s right in the centre, about a five-minute walk from the station, and also handy for the road network, Kenilworth Castle, Stoneleigh Park, NEC and the airport. The bar is comfortable, with plenty of spirits and beers. For food, there’s the long-established Malaysian restaurant and the newer American-style bar menu.
