The bed was super comfy and we slept brilliantly. We stayed one night in mid-August as part of our Lakes trip; the place was lovely and very clean. We ate out, so didn’t use the kitchen, but it had what you’d need for breakfast or even a meal. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. Parking was our only niggle. We eventually found a space in the nearby car park later in the day, though we hadn’t tried the second car park, which might have been a better option.

The beds were really comfy, and the apartment was finished to a great standard. It was very hot while we were there, so having the Dyson fans was fantastic. I’d only change one thing, I’d have liked the bath towels to be a little bigger.

The location’s great, and the bed is comfortable. It’s a very good BnB, with an apartment large enough for four people.

Hosts were brilliant, and it’s a beautiful area. The place is absolutely lovely and has everything you could want. There’s a warm pub across the road and a cash point.
