John and Heather were such kind hosts, and we had a great view from our room. Breakfasts were delicious and filling, with great service. The location’s really handy, close to Main Street and its shops and restaurants. Our room was perfect for a couple of nights in Keswick. We’d stay again on our next visit.

John, the owner, greeted me when I arrived and took time to explain everything clearly. We got talking about all sorts, which made the stay feel personal. You’re welcomed here, rather than treated like just another customer. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Abacourt Guest House over the Easter break and had a wonderful time. John and Heather were so warm and kind, and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and breakfast delicious. It’s a perfect spot, just a short walk from Keswick town center, parks, lakes and the river. Private parking was a huge bonus, so we could explore the beautiful surroundings without worrying about finding a space. We can’t wait to return, highly recommend!

We’re a young couple, and this place suited us perfectly. Town is just a quick two-minute walk away, and the rooms are really nice, with thoughtful little details. John and Heather are so sweet and accommodating. The quality’s good throughout, including breakfast, which we loved even though we’re quite picky eaters. We hope to stay again. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

The location is great, with parking right in the centre of Keswick. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, cooked just how you like it.
