We had a booking issue because of personal circumstances, but Sarah was very accommodating and made sure we settled in. Breakfast was great, and we were recommended a few places in the town centre. There's free parking beside the property. 10/10.

The views from Claremont were beautiful, and the location in Keswick was great. Sarah was a wonderful host who made us feel at home and was happy to help with anything. I hope I can stay again.

Sarah's local knowledge was a big help as we planned each day, and we're grateful for it. We had a wonderful time at her place, staying six nights in the Skiddaw room. The bed was really comfortable, the views were fantastic and breakfast was simply 👌. Hopefully we'll be back.

A one-night stay, booked by phone, and absolutely amazing. I slept soundly without interruption. They put me in Chestnut downstairs, which was great after walking so far on the Cumbria Way. 10/10, I'll recommend it.

We spent five nights at Claremont House while exploring the area, and will certainly return. Sarah was a wonderful host, with excellent knowledge of the area. Her breakfasts, including the homemade scones, set us up nicely for walks through the lovely scenery. Our room was really nice, with a bed so comfortable I miss it already, and amazing views across Keswick, Skiddaw to the right and Bassenthwaite in the distance. There's pleasant off-road parking, and the 555 bus stops right outside. You can also walk down Manor Brow into town. We recommend it without hesitation.
