Breakfast was so good, and our hosts were generous and really accommodating. The place felt like home when we got back after a long day, which made our first Lake District trip all the more enjoyable. I'd definitely come back to Keswick and stay here again.

The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was modern, lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing too. It's only two minutes from Keswick centre, with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby, so it works well whether you're heading out for a walk or staying in town. We'll definitely return and would happily recommend it.

A lovely little guesthouse just a short walk from the town centre. The owners are really friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests have a great stay. Breakfast stood out, with a fantastic choice of excellent food. Great value too, and I'd highly recommend it.

We had a brilliant stay, with a spacious, comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, and had great suggestions for walks and things to do around Keswick. They really went out of their way to make us comfortable. After one long hike, we even came back to find homemade coffee cake waiting in our room. It's hard to recommend a nicer place to stay in Keswick.

The single room was the best I've ever stayed in, and the breakfast room was beautiful with a lovely view. The hosts were attentive, polite and made me feel at home. Fresh milk, cold water and cake were there when I got back from a long walk, and one morning they made me eggs to take with me when I had an early start. I'll be back!
